Every tree service we offer in Wesley Chapel

Tree work looks simple from the curb. It is not. A removal involves reading a lean correctly, planning a drop zone around fences, pools and power lines, and knowing whether your community's HOA needs a heads-up before a single cut is made. A palm that "needs trimming" is more often a palm that has been trimmed too aggressively already. Knowing which is which is the whole job.

Below is everything we handle. Each page covers what the work involves, real price ranges, how long it takes, and the questions homeowners actually ask us on site. If you are not sure which service you need, call 813-856-1229 and describe what you are looking at — we will tell you for free, even if the answer is that you do not need us yet.

Removal work: routine, emergency and storm

The bulk of what we do. Tree removal is our most requested job, whether that is one dead sabal palm or a mature oak requiring a crane. When it can't wait, emergency tree removal runs on a 24/7 line for anything blocking access or threatening a structure. And after every named storm, storm damage tree removal moves to priority scheduling with insurance documentation included.

Trimming and long-term health

Tree trimming and pruning covers canopy thinning, deadwooding and structural pruning for trees worth keeping healthy. Palm tree trimming is its own specialty, since palms fail differently than hardwoods and get over-trimmed constantly by crews that treat them like oaks. And tree cabling and bracing supports co-dominant trunks and heavy limbs on trees that are structurally sound but need help carrying their own weight.

Land and cleanup

Stump grinding and removal gets rid of what removal leaves behind, ground below grade so you can replant or resod right over it. Land and lot clearing handles overgrown lots and new-construction building sites down to bare ground — a steady part of what we do given how much building is still happening around Wesley Chapel. And storm and yard debris removal hauls off the limbs and brush left over from any of it.

Not sure what you need? Text a photo of the tree to 813-856-1229. We will tell you which service applies and roughly what it costs, usually within the hour.

Questions

Tree service FAQs

That is tree removal, regardless of size — we price per tree rather than by a minimum job size, so a single small dead tree runs $300 to $800 rather than a full-crew-day price. If several trees on the property are declining at the same time, we will usually walk the whole yard and quote them together to save on mobilization.

Yes. Most of our volume is residential removals and trimming, but we also handle condo and HOA common-area trees, commercial and new-construction lot clearing, and builder-adjacent site work. For commercial jobs we provide a certificate of insurance and W-9 before starting, and can schedule outside business hours where access requires it.

Almost always, and it saves you money. A very common combination is tree removal plus stump grinding on the same visit, or trimming several trees plus hauling off the resulting debris. Bundling means one trip, one setup and one price rather than two separate service calls.

Look for a sudden lean, large dead limbs, fungus at the base, or a hollow sound when tapped. Any one of those alone often just means trimming or cabling. Multiple signs together, especially near a structure, usually mean removal is the safer call. We check this on every estimate and tell you honestly which category your tree is in.

Removal takes down one or a few specific trees. Land clearing takes an overgrown lot or new-construction building site down to bare ground, tree by tree, and is priced per acre rather than per tree. If you have more than four or five trees you want gone from the same parcel, land clearing pricing is usually the better deal.

We do not plant new trees. We are a removal, trimming and land-management company, which means we work on what already exists or needs to come down. If you want a replacement tree planted after a removal, we are happy to point you toward local nurseries and landscapers who do that well.

Normally within the same week for single-tree removals and trimming, and one to two weeks for land clearing or multi-tree jobs. That stretches after named storms, when hazardous and structure-threatening trees get priority. Calling earlier in the week generally gets you a better slot than calling Friday afternoon.

Two years on cabling and bracing installations. That covers a cable or brace failing under normal load within that window. New damage from a storm, lightning strike, or impact is not a workmanship issue, but we will always come assess and repair or remove at our normal rate.

No. Estimates are free and on site, because there is no honest way to price a tree job from a phone description alone. We measure the tree, check for lean and decay, confirm HOA or local rules, and hand you a written flat price. There is no deposit required to get that number and no obligation to book.

Everywhere in our service area at no trip charge: Wesley Chapel, Meadow Pointe, Seven Oaks, Epperson, Watergrass, New Tampa, Tampa Palms, Lutz, Odessa, Land O' Lakes, Trinity, San Antonio, Dade City and Zephyrhills. Outside that, call and ask — we sometimes make the drive for larger jobs.

Yes, when removal is genuinely the right call, and we help you navigate your community's architectural review process. We will also tell you plainly when a tree can be saved with trimming or cabling instead of going through a removal request.

Emergency tree removal, which runs on a 24/7 line for anything blocking access or actively threatening a structure. Routine single-tree removals and trimming are typically same-week. Land clearing and HOA-reviewed removals take longer because of scope or approval timing.
