Four ways to reach us

Fastest is the phone. Someone who actually climbs the trees answers, so you can describe what you are looking at and get a straight answer about whether it is a $150 problem or a $2,000 problem before anyone comes out.

  1. Call 813-856-1229 — Mon–Fri 7:00am–6:00pm, Sat 7:00am–3:00pm (24/7 emergency line for storm work). Best for urgent work: storm damage, a tree on a structure, a leaning trunk over a driveway.
  2. Text photos to 813-856-1229 — usually the fastest route to a useful number. Send a wide shot of the whole tree plus a close-up of any visible damage or decay.
  3. Use the form — good for non-urgent jobs and after-hours enquiries. We reply within one business day.
  4. Email [email protected] — best for HOA and property-manager enquiries where you need insurance documents or a formal written quote.

What to have ready

You do not need any of this to call, but having it speeds up the quote considerably. Roughly how tall the tree is and how close it is to structures, power lines or a pool. Whether it looks like it is leaning or has visible dead wood. Whether you're in a community with an HOA that reviews tree removals. And whether this is storm-related, since that changes both scheduling priority and the documentation we produce.

What happens after you contact us

We call you back to confirm details and book an estimate window, usually within 24 to 48 hours. On site we measure the tree, check for lean, decay and root condition, confirm whether HOA review or a county rule applies, and recommend the right service for the situation. You get a written flat price before we leave. If you approve it, we schedule — typically same week for trimming and single-tree removals, longer for land clearing or multi-tree jobs.

Storm damage? Say so when you call. Trees on structures or blocking access get priority scheduling ahead of routine removals, and we document everything photographically for your insurance claim before starting work.

Service area

We cover fourteen communities across Pasco and Hillsborough Counties with no trip charge — see the full service area list. If you are just outside it, call anyway; we regularly make the drive for larger removals and land-clearing jobs where the job size justifies it.

Questions

Contact & scheduling FAQs

Usually within 24 to 48 hours anywhere in our service area. Storm damage and trees on structures get moved ahead of routine estimates. If you call before noon on a weekday there is a reasonable chance we can look at it the same day.

Yes, and there is no deposit and no obligation. We come out, measure the tree, check for lean and decay, confirm HOA or county rules where they apply, and hand you a written flat price. If you decide not to proceed, you owe nothing. We would rather give ten honest estimates and win three than pressure anyone into work they do not need.

We can give you a useful range from texted photos, and for simple jobs like a single small palm that is often enough. The firm written price needs an on-site visit, because lean, internal decay and access are the three biggest cost drivers and photos hide all three.

Roughly how tall the tree is, how close it is to structures or power lines, whether it looks like it is leaning, and whether your community has an HOA that reviews tree removals. Also mention if it is storm-related. None of it is required, but it lets us give you a far more accurate range on the first call.

Our posted hours are Mon–Fri 7:00am–6:00pm, Sat 7:00am–3:00pm (24/7 emergency line for storm work), with a 24/7 emergency line for storm work. Outside routine hours, leave a voicemail or send a text and we pick it up first thing, or immediately for genuine emergencies like a tree on a structure.

Single-tree removals and trimming are typically same-week. Land clearing and multi-tree jobs run one to two weeks out. Jobs needing HOA sign-off take a little longer because we wait on approval before cutting. After named storms everything stretches, so call early rather than waiting to see how bad it is.

Only for the estimate and the final walkthrough. Once you have approved the price, most customers give us access to the property and get on with their day. We text you on arrival, on completion, and immediately if anything unexpected turns up once we start.

On completion, after you have walked the finished job with us and confirmed you are satisfied. We accept card, check and bank transfer. Larger land-clearing and multi-day commercial jobs may have staged terms, and those are always stated in writing on the quote before you agree.

Yes. Certificate of insurance, license number and W-9 on request, and we send them proactively for HOA and property-management work. Email [email protected] with your community name and we will get the paperwork over before the estimate.

Call and ask. For a large removal or land-clearing job we will often make the drive to nearby Pasco and Hillsborough communities not on our standard list. For single small trees the trip usually does not make sense, and we will tell you that honestly rather than quote a padded price.

If you have worked with us before and want the same lead climber back, mention it when you call and we will do our best to schedule around their availability. For most jobs any of our crews can handle the work to the same standard, since pricing, process and warranty are identical across the team.

Call or text as early as you can. Weather is the most common reason we reschedule from our end too — we will not climb a wet oak in high wind, and we will not ask you to either. Rescheduling costs nothing as long as you give reasonable notice.
