Tree removal across Wesley Chapel and beyond

We are based in Wesley Chapel and we work a tight radius on purpose. A tree crew that drives ninety minutes each way cannot give you a same-day emergency response or come back next season to check a cabling job. Staying inside Pasco and Hillsborough Counties is what lets us hold a two-year cabling warranty and actually honor it.

It also means we know the communities and the rules that come with them. The HOA-governed master-planned communities like Meadow Pointe and Epperson almost always mean checking architectural review status before anything comes down. The rural, more established lots out in Lutz and Odessa have real acreage and mature pine and oak stands. And New Tampa and Tampa Palms sit inside official City of Tampa limits with their own tree ordinance, a genuinely different process than unincorporated Pasco County.

Wesley Chapel & Immediate Area

Our home territory and the bulk of our work. Wesley Chapel itself covers everything from established oak-canopy lots to the newest construction along the Bruce B Downs Blvd corridor. We also cover the master-planned communities of Meadow Pointe, Seven Oaks, Epperson and Watergrass, where HOA architectural review questions come up most.

Northern Tampa Suburbs

South of the county line we work New Tampa and Tampa Palms, both inside City of Tampa limits with genuinely mature canopy and their own tree ordinance. West we cover Lutz and Odessa, keeping more of a rural, larger-lot character.

Western Pasco & Trinity

We serve Land O' Lakes, which has grown in a similar pattern to Wesley Chapel itself, and Trinity, with its established golf-course communities and mature landscaping.

Northern Pasco

North toward the county's older towns we cover San Antonio, Dade City and Zephyrhills — genuinely historic communities with some of the oldest tree canopy anywhere in our service area.

Why the radius is deliberately tight

We get asked regularly whether we will drive to St. Petersburg, Sarasota or Orlando. Usually the answer is no, and the reason is the warranty. A two-year cabling warranty only means something if coming back to honor it is practical. A company that drives ninety minutes each way cannot return for a single loose cable without losing money on the trip, which is precisely why so many warranties in this trade quietly evaporate when you try to use one.

Staying inside Pasco and Hillsborough Counties also keeps our estimate turnaround at 24 to 48 hours and makes same-day emergency response genuinely possible rather than aspirational. It is a smaller market than we could serve, and it is the reason we can actually do what we say.

Just outside the list? Call anyway. We regularly make the drive to nearby Pasco and Hillsborough communities not listed here for larger removals and land-clearing jobs, where the job size justifies the trip. Single small trees we usually cannot.

What you get regardless of which community you are in

Same crew, same equipment, same nine services, same flat written pricing and the same two-year cabling warranty. Your ZIP code changes the drive time and the local rules that apply, not the standard of the work or what you pay per tree.

Service area FAQs

No. Every community on our service area list is on our normal route, so the price you are quoted is the price you pay regardless of whether you are in Wesley Chapel proper or out in Zephyrhills. If you are outside the list we will tell you honestly whether the drive works for your job size before we quote.

Estimates usually happen within 24 to 48 hours anywhere in the service area. For the work itself, single-tree removals and trimming are typically same-week, and land clearing or multi-tree jobs run one to two weeks out. Dade City and Zephyrhills sometimes run a day longer simply because of drive time.

We cover New Tampa and Tampa Palms, both inside official City of Tampa limits closest to Wesley Chapel. Further into Tampa or across the bay we do not routinely serve — for a large multi-tree removal or land-clearing job it is worth a phone call, but for single trees and trimming you will get better service from a company based closer to that area.

Yes, and a meaningful share of our work is HOA-governed communities and common-area canopy management, especially given how much of Wesley Chapel and the surrounding area is organized into master-planned developments. We provide a certificate of insurance and W-9 up front, can invoice the association directly, and are happy to walk the property with a board member or property manager before quoting.

No. Pricing is driven by tree size, species, lean, access and hazard level — not by your ZIP code. A forty-foot oak removal costs the same in Lutz as it does in Zephyrhills. Crane access and difficult drop zones cost more anywhere.

Yes, somewhat. Newer master-planned communities like Epperson and Watergrass see more young-tree storm-uprooting risk and builder-landscaping palm corrections, while older established areas like Wesley Chapel proper, Dade City and Tampa Palms see more mature-oak cabling and structural pruning.

Most of Wesley Chapel's own master-planned communities — Meadow Pointe, Seven Oaks, Epperson and Watergrass among them — plus similar developments in Land O' Lakes and Trinity. New Tampa and Tampa Palms have City of Tampa's own tree ordinance on top of any HOA rules. We check the correct process for every address.

Yes, with priority scheduling everywhere. After a named storm we triage by severity rather than geography, so a tree on a structure in Wesley Chapel gets seen before a single dead limb in Zephyrhills. We document all damage photographically for insurance before starting work.

We can give you a rough range over the phone or from texted photos, and that is often enough to decide whether to proceed. But the written flat price requires an on-site visit, because lean, internal decay and access are the three biggest cost drivers and none of them are reliable from a photo.

It genuinely does not matter. The service area pages exist so you can read about your specific community, but the pricing, scheduling and warranty are identical across all fourteen. Pick whichever page is closest to you, or just call and tell us your cross streets.

Yes — most of our service area, including Wesley Chapel itself, Lutz, Odessa, Land O' Lakes and Trinity, is unincorporated county rather than an incorporated city. Rules can differ between unincorporated county and nearby incorporated cities like Dade City or Zephyrhills, and we confirm which applies before quoting any significant removal.

Match your community name or ZIP code to the closest page on this list, or simply call us with your address and we will tell you immediately. The pricing and scheduling are the same either way, so it mostly matters for reading local detail relevant to your street.
